We found the accommodation we were looking for. One remark: I couldn't figure out how to book 2 rooms for 4 guests on the website. So I had to book one room at the time.

Had a little issue with the website where the payment page refused to load for The Retreat at Blue Lagoon but the chat was very responsive and I received a callback from the agent within 5 mins of starting the chat to complete the booking over the phone.

The website is attractive and easy to use, and the customer service is very friendly and dependable. Great hotels and great locations which you can curate easily.

Only thing stopping from being 5 star is I had issues with the payment page a few times where nothing would appear after entering my details. This would be fixed when using a different device but I found that quite difficult to use and was unsure whether I'd pay for something or not.

Excellent service throughout. How refreshing to phone a number and speak to a polite, easily understood person who listened, was friendly, helpful and did their job. They sorted my booking quickly, efficiently and sent email confirmation within minutes.

Why can’t all companies be like this ? Rarely do you get a contact phone number number these days having to rely instead on live chat that is very hit and miss or emailing where you may or may not get an answer.

Great recommendation for NY hotel and seems to be best price too. Holiday isn’t for another six months so this review is just about the booking experience.

Michelle was outstanding! She was really thorough, super professional and friendly at the same time and completely understood our requirements getting us exactly what we wanted. Thankyou, wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.

The Roxy is such a great stay in NYC! Very cool atmosphere, used to be an old theater. They have a jazz club in the basement called Django - highly recommend making a reservation. Overall, the staff was so friendly, the rooms were clean, small but nothing out of the norm for NYC. Also great location in TriBeca to be able to walk around and explore West Village, Soho, etc. Would stay again!

I love the simplicity of the booking system and all the little hints and tips you get about the hotels and surrounding areas. It would be useful if the location was more prominent in the search.
